Volito Automation’s acquisition of Mobile Integrator opens up new opportunities for HydX’s customers. HydX has now gained another sister company to support it with deep competence in specialised areas, including electronics and control systems. “With our goal of continuing to expand our offering, the acquisition of Mobile Integrator means that we will become a more complete system integrator that can offer turnkey solutions for our customers,” says Johan Frithiof, Volito Automation’s Managing Director. Mobile Integrator was established by Kjell Wester in 2010. The company offers small and medium-sized OEM customers the same technology and system integration that used to be a given only within major global corporations. This work is combined with development and production of customised electronics hardware. “Mobile Integrator is specialised in development, implementation and system installation of electronics for mobile machines and, together with our two sister companies, HydX and ETP, we can offer our customers turnkey solutions from idea to execution, when it comes to the combination of electronics, hydraulics and mobile control systems,” explains Kjell Wester. “Our collaboration gives HydX’s customers access to even deeper competence in electronics and digital platforms, and the opportunity to develop, manufacture and implement customised hardware.”
This means that the innovative knowledge company HydX, specialising in hydraulics, and its sister companies ETP Kraftelektronik and Mobile Integrator, can work together to find sustainable, effective and customised solutions. This offers the customer a partner with first-class competence in several related areas. “The acquisition of Mobile Integrator strengthens the Group’s competence in control systems and digital cloud solutions,” says HydX’s CEO Mikael Andersson, head of Volito Automation’s OEM segment. “When three knowledge companies have the same owner, it paves the way for solid collaboration, which means that Volito Automation can offer complete and energy effective solutions within a number of applications.” HydX’s motto has been Smoother Business, which is exactly what the combination of HydX, ETP Kraftelektronik and Mobile Integration has to offer.
